Osborne restores Hackney Town Hall to its former glory - winning in E8
Earlier in the year a request was put forward by the Mayor of Hackney to restore the Hackney Town Hall. If you've never wandered down Mare Street in Hackney you may not be privy to this Art Deco style building, but since being built in 1930 it has seen little love.
Contractors Osborne were awarded the project for restoring this Grade II listed building to its former glory 'ensuring the Town Hall's continued use and viability for the future.'
Their plans and approach that saw them win the tender for the restoration was delivered in one of our shoe style presentation boxes. The box was lined with a stone coloured printed book cloth which housed 6 black popset binders with black looped ribbons so they could be easily removed from the box - a stunning project delivery and success from Osborne who have since been awarded yet another Hackney Council tender for a £5.6m housing development.
